ApexMedicity provides an online appointment booking and education advisory platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical institution. We facilitate connections between users and healthcare professionals.
Information on this platform does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor for diagnosis and treatment. In emergencies, call 108 or visit your nearest hospital.
Bookings are subject to doctor availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in unforeseen circumstances. Users may cancel up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.
Education advisory sessions provide guidance based on available data and expert opinion. Admission outcomes depend on factors beyond our control and we do not guarantee admissions.
Consultation fees are paid directly at the clinic. Platform booking is free. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
Users must provide accurate information. Misuse of the platform, including false bookings or abusive behavior, will result in account suspension.
All content on ApexMedicity including text, design, and code is owned by ApexMedicity Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
